Cycling has always been my main passion, especially road cycling, though more recently I’ve been hooked on mountain biking. In 2025, I decided to step outside my comfort zone and train for my very first running event — a 50 km trail ultra! That experience taught me just how much running can support not only performance, but overall health and confidence. Whether running is your main focus or a tool to make other activities easier, it’s one of the simplest ways to boost your fitness. All you need is a pair of shoes and a little time. Working in both the cycling and running industries, I’m passionate about helping athletes feel their best and discover how movement fits into their busy lives.</image:caption>
