    You’ve got a fall marathon and your goal is to break 4 hours. You also want to run it feeling strong, confident, and prepared.

    Maybe you’ve followed a generic marathon training plan or running app before… and it worked okay. But deep down, you know you could perform better with a customized training program and a coach to keep you accountable.

    This online group marathon coaching program is built for runners like you.

    Starting June 1st 2025, this program includes:

    ✔️ Personalized online marathon training program (includes both running and strength workouts) that adapts based on your progress, schedule and life

    ✔️ Built-in accountability through weekly check-ins and support from a community of marathon runners

    ✔️ Ongoing coach support in a private group chat, monthly live coaching Q&A calls + science of running discussions

    ✔️ Although I accept all running abilities, those runners with a goal of breaking the 4-hour barrier are best for this program. For runners with a goal of 3:30 or less, 1-1 coaching is more suitable

  • The Independent Runner

    You consider yourself more of an independent athlete. You don’t need coaching calls, but you appreciate a weekly text check-in.

    Tier 1 Coaching includes:


    ✔️ Custom run and/or strength program that adapts as you train

    ✔️ Individualized paces for all workouts, uploaded into Final Surge

    ✔️ Help with program adjustments (i.e. travel, sickness, incorporating other activities ect)

    ✔️ Unlimited text support from your coach

    ✔️ A weekly text check-in from your coach

  • The Supported Runner

    You're looking for accountability while building a strong coach-athlete connection.

    Tier 2 Coaching includes:


    ✔️ Custom run and strength program that adapts as you train

    ✔️ Individualized paces for all workouts, uploaded into Final Surge

    ✔️ Help with program adjustments (i.e. travel, sickness, incorporating other activities ect.)

    ✔️ Unlimited text support from your coach

    ✔️ A weekly text check-in from your coach

    ✔️ Monthly coaching calls to review your progress that goes beyond running, including but not limited to: nutrition, recovery, mindset, and motivation

    Monthly |  $250

  • The Ultimate Runner

    You are looking for the highest level of support, expert guidance, and accountability. Idea for those runners with time-based goals (i.e Boston Qualification, Sub 90-min half) or Ultramarathons

    Tier 3 Coaching includes:


    ✔️ Custom run and strength program that adapts as you train

    ✔️ Individualized paces for all workouts, uploaded into Final Surge

    ✔️ Help with program adjustments (i.e. travel, sickness, incorporating other activities ect)

    ✔️ Unlimited text support from your coach

    ✔️ Weekly (minimum) text check-ins from your coach

    ✔️ Bi-weekly coaching calls to review progress that goes beyond running, including but not limited to: nutrition, recovery, mindset and motivation
